Terms of Service
1. What this service is
Hyperliquid Tax Report is a free, browser-based tool that reads publicly available data from the Hyperliquid API and presents summarized totals. It is an independent project, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Hyperliquid or any exchange.
2. No tax, legal, or financial advice
The service outputs raw data summaries. It is not tax software, does not calculate tax liability, does not classify your activity, and does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making filing decisions. See the tax disclaimer.
3. Data accuracy and limits
Totals depend entirely on the public Hyperliquid API, which exposes at most the 10,000 most recent fills per address and may change without notice. We present data "as is," without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for verifying figures against your own records before relying on them.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits of the underlying API, or use the tool in violation of any applicable law or the Hyperliquid terms of service.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any damages, tax penalties, filing errors, or losses arising from use of the tool or reliance on its output.
6. Paid features and crypto payments
Some features (CSV exports) require a one-time payment, made exclusively in cryptocurrency. By paying you accept the following:
- Assets and networks. We accept BTC (Bitcoin mainnet), ETH (Ethereum or Base), SOL (Solana), USDT (Tron TRC20, Ethereum ERC20, or Base), and USDC (Ethereum, Base, or Solana). Send only the asset shown, on the network shown, to the address shown.
- Irreversibility. On-chain transactions are final. Wrong-asset, wrong-network, or wrong-address transfers cannot be recovered by us.
- Verification. You paste a transaction ID which is verified against public blockchain data (correct recipient, sufficient amount, confirmed status). Successful verification unlocks the paid features in that browser via a locally stored license.
- License scope. One payment unlocks the export features for one browser. Your transaction ID or activation code serves as your receipt and restore mechanism — keep it.
- Refunds. Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable; overpayments above 5% may be refunded on request within 30 days.
- Taxes on your payment. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of cryptocurrency, including the purchase itself.
7. Changes
These terms may change as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
